Prime Minister Gaston Browne held talks with His Majesty King Charles.

His Majesty The King held a call with The Right Honourable Gaston Browne M.P., Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, on Wednesday 9th October 2024.

The King and Prime Minister Browne spoke ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, taking place in Samoa later this month, about how Small Island Developing States, such as Samoa and Antigua and Barbuda, can achieve resilient prosperity and sustainable development.

  2. I find it awe inspiring that a man from such humble upbringings now rubs shoulders with the world’s elite. It just goes to show if you can conceive it, you can achieve it and what God has for you is indeed for you. He makes no mistakes. I’m so proud of you Prime Minister Browne.

  4. Goes to show that all humans are equal and everyone’s input is important. Just like the King needs to hear from a PM of a SIDS to best understand the issues, our government also needs to hear from the little man locally to understand their daily issues and leaders of organisations need to hear from lower level workers in order to make the best decisions for everyone affected. All people need to dialogue for the common good.
