14-year-old girl stabbed by 29-year-old man
A 14-year-old girl is currently nursing a stab wound to her back following an alleged attack by a 29-year-old man from Bethesda during an unusual incident in Lightfoot.
Reports indicate that the man visited a residence in the area where his daughter was staying with a guardian.
His anger reportedly escalated upon discovering that his daughter was absent, as the guardian had gone to pick her up from school.
The exact sequence of events that followed remains unclear; however, it is alleged that the 29-year-old man stabbed the girl, who was alone in the house at that moment.
She was promptly transported to the hospital, where her injuries were deemed not life-threatening. The injured girl is the granddaughter of the woman who is caring for the man’s daughter.
Authorities actively search for the suspect as they investigate the details surrounding this incident.
