CIBC Caribbean has reached a remarkable achievement by winning the 2024 Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) Bank of the Year Award for Technological Innovation, awarded by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB).

This accolade highlights the bank’s dedication to enhancing its digital banking services, particularly through solutions created for the Caribbean market.

The bank’s digital evolution over the last three years was guided by direct input from customers. In response to clients’ requests to minimize long waits in branches, CIBC Caribbean launched an extensive range of digital services.

These advancements allow customers to conduct numerous banking tasks online, including opening accounts, applying for loans with quick approvals, transferring funds, and sending international wire transfers.
