San Francisco, CA – Stuti delivered an outstanding performance at the recent WTT Youth Contender Tournament held at the renowned 888 Table Tennis Center in San Francisco.

Competing against some of the world’s top youth players, she showcased her resilience and skill, earning a bronze medal in the U19 Mixed Doubles event alongside her partner, Tanish Pendse from the USA.

In addition to her medal-winning achievement, Stuti demonstrated her growing prowess in the sport with notable performances in the singles events:

  • U17 Girls Singles: Quarterfinalist
  • U19 Girls Singles: Quarterfinalist

The U17 Girls Singles event was marked by a close-fought match in the quarterfinals, where an officiating error proved costly in the decisive fifth set.

Despite this setback, Stuti bounced back impressively in the U19 Girls Singles event, claiming a thrilling victory over USA’s top U15 player, Mandy Yu, in another five-set battle.

These results highlight Stuti’s consistency and determination and contribute to her upward trajectory in the global rankings:

  • Current U17 Girls World Ranking: 96
  • Current U19 Girls World Ranking: 168

Stuti’s bronze medal in the U19 Mixed Doubles and her commendable performances in the singles categories reinforce her position as one of the most promising young talents in the sport.

Upcoming Schedule

Stuti’s journey in 2025 continues with an ambitious lineup of competitions.

She next travels to Tunisia to participate in back-to-back WTT (World Table Tennis) Youth Star Contender Series Tournaments from January 13-16 and January 17-19.

Following this, she heads to Kolkata, India, for a week of preparation before competing in Doha, Qatar, at another set of back-to-back WTT Youth Contender Series from January 27-30 and January 31-February 2.

These events provide valuable opportunities for Stuti to gain further international exposure and build on her recent successes.
