The Cabinet discussed establishing the Boundaries Commission, a necessary step that can be initiated two years after the most recent general elections.

Cabinet members identified three key government officials who will play crucial roles as part of the Commission.

To ensure a balanced representation, the Cabinet Secretary has been tasked with reaching out to the Leader of the Opposition, requesting that he appoint a representative to join the Commission.

This collaboration is essential for the fair and effective delineation of electoral boundaries in the upcoming cycle.
