You can now listen to Antigua News articles!

Orden “Passo” David

To those who may have information: Please speak up. People don’t just disappear without a trace. Even the smallest detail could make a difference.

Contact the Bolans Police Station at 462-1080 or the CID at 462-3913. If you know something and remain silent, you are part of the problem.

And to the government: Spare no resource in finding Orden. Don’t allow another case to go cold while families wait in agony. These disappearances demand urgent action, not empty promises.

Show us that you value the lives of the people you represent. Deploy technology, manpower and community rewards—do whatever it takes. Stop treating these tragedies as isolated events and start addressing the deeper issues that enable them.

Enough has become too much. Orden David’s life matters. Every life lost to these unresolved disappearances and unsolved murders matters. We cannot accept this injustice any longer.

Let us speak out. Demand action. Bring Orden home.

This one is causing quite a stir because he appears to be well known it is the same feelings the families and friends of the other missing persons are facing and under going it’s just that they are not so popular remember them too they are just as important and are very much missed by their loved ones

I believe that’s what the author is pointing out as well! Fact is, it doesn’t matter how popular any of them is — they should be all found and brought home! The level of ineptitude, and the laissez-faire attitude displayed by the relevant authorities in these cases, is CRIMINAL!!

Oh just stop your noise! It is sad that Orden has disappeared mysteriously like so many, too many in our small community. Nobody is happy in such situations. Every missing person has a family and friends still confounded at the ongoing mystery and grief they experience every day. Orden’s failure to return home received the immediate response of law enforcement to the extent that some were even questioning the comparative speed of their response!!! Televised search parties were immediately organised by all and sundry to find this missing person. Now a reward of thousands of dollars has been thrown in the mix. Other missing persons and their families have not had similar opportunities. WHY??? Yet all I hear are ungrateful complaints of lack of concern shown by the government and the citizens many of whom are out there trying. to locate this missing person. What makes this missing person more valued, more important than any other? I think of a very dear friend, KENNETH DYER, formerly of Clare Hall, a decent, hardworking, beloved man who disappeared into thin air a few years ago. Not a drum was heard, no overt political involvement, no heightened press coverage, no rewards offered…. Frankly, I’ve had enough of this circus. I hope that the missing person can be located. He might be able to provide answers to exactly who/what is/are responsible for these mysterious disappearances.
