Magistrate Concliffe Clarke

Magistrate Conliffe Clarke has passed away following an extended period of illness that had prevented him from performing his judicial duties.

According to reports, prior to his death, he had been receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit.

The distinguished magistrate had previously battled cancer, showing remarkable resilience through an intensive treatment regimen in recent years.

 

​In 2023, he appeared to make a recovery after undergoing four surgical procedures and completing twelve rounds of chemotherapy.

At the time of reporting, the specific cause of death has not been disclosed.

    I’m heartbroken by this. Conliffe’s was a great man and an even better friend. My heart goes out to his family. It’s uncommon to enjoy someone’s company equally throughout the decades. If you have friends you love, do a better job than me at keeping in touch and letting them know how much they mean to you.
