Two members of the Antigua Toastmasters Club demonstrated exceptional public speaking skills at Sunday’s Area 26 Contest, with one speaker securing a spot in an upcoming regional competition.

Cassandra Simon emerged as the International Speech Winner and Table Topics Winner and will advance to represent the local club at the Division E Contest, scheduled to take place during the District 81 Conference in Barbados which takes place from May 14-18.

Fellow club member Morvette Thomas delivered an outstanding performance, earning second place spot for Evaluation.

The Antigua Toastmasters Club is part of Toastmasters International, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to improving public speaking and leadership skills.

Members meet regularly to practice prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, and constructive feedback techniques in a supportive environment.
