Antigua and Barbuda Shines at 2025 Caribbean Baking Awards

Among the other notable winners was Cara Christopher from the British Virgin Islands, who captured the Rising Star of the Year title, and Juana France, also from the BVI, who won Best Specialty Baked Goods. The BVI garnered attention in four categories, illustrating the competitive spirit of the awards.

The Caribbean Baking Awards, now in its second year, was made possible through the generous support of sponsors, including the BVI Tourist Board and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Sustainable Development. Many bakers expressed gratitude for the recognition and optimism for the event’s growth in the future.

As the baking community continues to thrive in the Caribbean, Antigua and Barbuda exemplifies the rich culinary heritage and creativity that defines the region, inspiring future generations of bakers.
