A bunch of young men armed with cutlasses and knives roaming the streets of St John’s after midnight? Isn’t there supposed to be a curfew in place for teenagers after 10 pm or something like that?

For some reason these Potters young men are always in some things. As someone from Potters, I see them everyday on the street corner trying to live up on begging and drugs. So many incentives the government provides for them yet they want fast money and easy life.
