A new magistrate has officially joined the legal services in Antigua and Barbuda. Magistrate Mighty’s appointment took effect on March 1st, 2025, filling the vacant position left by the late Magistrate Conliff Clarke, who unfortunately passed away in February.

According to government sources, Magistrate Mighty brings a wealth of experience to his new role and has earned a strong reputation among the Judicial and Legal Services Commission and other legal bodies.

The Cabinet has extended its best wishes to him as he embarks on this important assignment, signaling confidence in his ability to uphold the integrity of the country’s judicial system.

  1. Who the hell is this mighty magistrate that has been appointed to stand in judgment of the people of this country?? I know that whoever supplied this info to the news outlets thought this would be a riotous joke. Well, it is not! The people deserve a much higher standard of service. Remember, our second-rate “journalists” do not ask questions. They simply publish what they are told.
