Jamale Pringle and Richard Lewis
Richard Lewis, Member of Parliament for St John’s Rural West, expressed his concerns regarding the lack of support from his party leader concerning allegations against Prime Minister Gaston Browne.
The controversy surrounds the usage of a building on Friars Hill Road.
Lewis revealed that he was advised by the Leader of the United Progressive Party that the situation was “your fight,” leaving him to navigate the issue independently.
During the weekend, Lewis shared his thoughts on the matter, highlighting the seriousness of the allegations and the importance of addressing them effectively.

For once I agree with Pringle. It’s not every political fantasy that you dream up that Pringle is bound to support. If you are sure of your facts, then go right ahead! Why should Pringle unnecessarily risk putting his already ill-fated assembly to ridicule and a possible destruction of what little hope there might be in rehabilitating the UPP brand. I agree with Pringle. This is NOT the UPP’s fight as you would have some believe, but rather your effort to disgrace the party further for your personal benefit! Maybe you have too much balls. Don’t let that unlikely possibility go to head, however.

No politician is obliged to support another, but if something is wrong they must report it.
Pringle is a smart man. Your witch hunt Richard was a non MF’ing issue. Shugy why didn’t you agree to help Richard fight if you thought it was a great issue to bring to light?

Pringle is an INEFFECTIVE LEADER!!! He missed an opportunity here to exhibit his brand of leadership! Richard Lewis exemplifies all the qualities of an EFFECTIVE and TRANSFORMATIVE LEADER! I would surmize that this is why Pringle did not support him — he views him as a threat to his position as Opposition Leader! I would take Richard Lewis any day, over an inexperienced, low-IQ, Pringle!!
