St. Peter Registration Unit to be re-located

15 April 2025 - 11:33

St. John’s, Antigua – Monday, 14th April, 2025 The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) wishes to advise that the St. Peter Registration Unit will be relocated to the Central Registration Facility (located opposite the John. E. St. Luce Financial Centre) on Factory Road, effective May 1st 2025.

The relocation of the St. Peter Registration Unit is in keeping with the Representation of the People (Amendment) Act, No. II of 2002, Part II, Section 28 (2) (a) which states “Continuous registration shall be undertaken at such place or places and at the times fixed by the Commission”.

The Registration Unit was previously located at the Precision Centre in Paynters to facilitate easier access for persons within the Constituency, as part of the ongoing Expired Voter’s ID Card Replacement Programme.

The Commission apologizes for any inconvenience caused and assures the public that work continues to locate a permanent facility for the Unit.
