Waste collection has been another issue plaguing the beautification of the city’s streets but efforts to improve this process is being looked at.
Many times, businesses put out their garbage for collection but the timelines they do so does not correlate with garbage trucks, this results in garbage piling up on the sidewalk, an unsightly site for many.
According to Rawdon Turner, government will be clamping down on specific legislation relating to waste collect in the City as there is a timeline for when waste should and should not be out on the sidewalk.
