Honourable Prime Minister:

On behalf of the Government and people of Antigua and Barbuda, I extend heartfelt congratulations on your recent election as Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Your victory is a testament to the confidence which the people of your great nation have placed in your leadership, vision, and commitment to national development and the strength of our democracies in the region. I am confident that under your stewardship, Trinidad and Tobago will continue to prosper and to play a vital role in our region.

Please accept my very best wishes for success and for the continued progress and well-being of the people of Trinidad and Tobago. I avail myself of this opportunity, Prime Minister, to renew the assurances of my highest esteem and regard.
