Prime Minister Gaston Browne announced that nearly seven million dollars is available to renovate the historic Deluxe Cinema into a National Performing Arts Center.
Construction will start immediately, and completion is expected by late 2026, coincidentally with the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Antigua.
