TRINIDAD: Search Continues for Missing 14-Year-Old Boy

The search continues for 14-year-old Sameer Ragbir, who has been missing since Monday, May 5, after a family outing at Mayaro Beach.

According to the Hunters Search and Rescue Team, as of 1 PM today, he has still not been located.

Reports indicate that Ragbir, from Macaulay, Claxton Bay, was at a beach resort with friends and siblings celebrating a birthday when he went swimming and encountered difficulties, vanishing beneath the waves.

Despite attempts by bystanders to save him, their efforts were in vain. Family members and volunteers, including the Hunters Search and Rescue Team led by Captain Vallence Rambharat, are actively searching the area, hoping to find him
