Education Minister Daryll Matthew has congratulated three remarkable individuals from Antigua and Barbuda who recently accomplished a significant academic milestone.

The three recipients, Dr. Sequoyah Survia, Dr. Zahra Lake, and Dr. Tristan Browne, have successfully earned their Doctor of Education (EdD) degrees in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University in the United States.
