While there was no visual of the incident on the camera, the recording was clear enough to have overhead the arguments between the accused and the deceased.

Alexander also confirmed to Antigua.News that on Monday, he advised the court that he visited the cyber lab and was able to hear the discourse and the explosion of that of a firearm and that he was only then quite comfortable that the defendant could plead over and asked the court to have the indictment read to the defendant.

Chalary, this time pleaded guilty to the charges of murder.

Zorina Benjamin lost her life on November 22, 2021, with authorities finding her body at her Golden Grove Residence.

Further investigations revealed she had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Following her death, Charlery, who was in a relationship with Benjamin, was apprehended and charged.

  1. WOWWWWW I wonder if he is still entitled to the 30 percent discount on his sentence for the guilty plea. Then again he didn’t pled guilty on the first occasion so that shouldn’t apply to him. This was a cold-hearted murder plain and simple. Men need to learn to control their damm emotions
