Construction on the highly anticipated Booby Alley Project is progressing rapidly, as Prime Minister Gaston Browne confirmed during his recent radio program.

With the project now in an advanced stage, Browne reported that it remains on track with both budget and timeline expectations, aiming for completion by mid-2026.

  6. I am sure there will be measures in place to ensure cleanliness and general maintenance such as on-site management, clauses in tenant leases stipulating expectations and consequences. Yearly leases should be signed by each head of household and eviction must be one consequence for not keeping the premises clean. While everyone is not keen on cleanliness, being poor doesn’t automatically equate to being nasty.
