Minister of Education Addresses Closure of St Andrews School

Hon Daryll Matthew, Minister of Education, Sports, and the Creative Industries

The Minister of Education, Daryll Mathew, has instructed key officials from his department to meet with the management of St Andrews School in response to recent reports regarding the closure of the educational facility.

The Minister has already discussed the situation with Prime Minister Gaston Browne.

During these talks, the Minister emphasized the government’s commitment to addressing the concerns of students and teachers who have been adversely affected by the school’s closure.

Minister Mathew stated, “We recognize the challenges this situation brings to our educational community, and we are fully committed to finding a solution that supports the students and teachers who are at risk of being disenfranchised.
