New Android device hits the market to rival Apple’s iPad line-up

The OnePlus Pad 3 is set to allow the Android tablet market give Apple’s suite of devices and Samsung’s high-end products, a genuine run for their money.

The iPad has led the way for a long time now with its premium design, laptop-style power, endless apps, and a guaranteed long battery life.

Android needed to come up with a serious challenger and many believe they have finally cracked it with a product that has flagship-level performance, sleek and ultra-thin profile and productivity-focused features.

It offers accessories like the Smart Keyboard with larger key-caps and a spacious layout, making typing more comfortable and its stylus magnetically attaches to the tablet for easy storage and charging.

Confidence is high that this is the game-changer, not only in terms of its build, but also it competitive pricing.

Manufacturers believe that the OnePlus Pad 3 can bridge the gap between tablets and laptops and will be perfect for both work and pleasure.

Pre-orders have already begun, with shipments expected to start sometime in July.

Rival to any premier version

The multitasking capabilities of the device rival those of premium tablets, with split-screen functionality and floating windows; plus its battery will simply go on all day.

The colour is already a talking point for all the right reasons, with the Storm Blue effect giving it a distinct look, and its aluminium unibody build ensuring durability, but not at the expense of a lightweight feel.

Quality sound

While many premium tablets opt for OLED screens, OnePlus has chosen an LCD panel boasting superb resolution and a top quality refresh rate, which will allow users a vibrant viewing experience.

One of the standout features of the Pad 3 is its audio system. It houses eight symmetrically placed speakers delivering immersive sound quality, meaning that irrespective of watching movies, playing games, or attending virtual meetings, the audio experience is exactly what an Android user has been craving, with a bookmarking tool that lets users save and revisit web pages or apps, with AI-generated summaries.

Next level
