Top Notch Customer Service from the Young Man at Medical Benefits Scheme Registration Department

Dear Editor,

I want to give a massive shout out to the young man who works in the Registration department at the Medical Benefits Scheme. Also I want to give the Civil Servant their flowers when they deserve it. I think his name is Mr Gomes from what he told me.

His customer service, knowledge, and helfulness I give a A+++, 1000% great. It is extrememly rare in the Civil Service you encounter such an individual. I huged him and thank hkm and it brought tears to my eyes, it was just unbelievable.

“I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the outstanding customer service I received. From start to finish, you he was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He not ony helped me to renew my card, quickly, but you did it with a level of care and attention that made me feel truly valued as a customer. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond like you did, and it made a lasting impression.
Thank you again, you’re a true asset to the Medical Benefit Scheme!”

Yours Truly,
D Charles

  1. There is one called Lisa who is very kind. Commendation to these workers. Some treat you better than nurses. They are kind. At least those I met when my friend had an incident.

  2. I applaud him cause good customer service is something we not familiar with here

    • This is lovely to hear! In a world where we often only hear complaints, it’s so refreshing to get a letter praising “Top Notch Customer Service,” especially from a government department like the Medical Benefits Scheme Registration Department. It’s a small but significant reminder that there are dedicated, helpful people working hard.

  3. Like when people call out good customer services! Especially since Antigua doesn’t have any
