Police Conduct Mobile Patrol in Key Areas, Confiscate Weapons

In a proactive effort to enhance community safety, police conducted a thorough mobile patrol across several neighborhoods including All Saints, Liberta, Freemans Village, Grays Farm, Ottos, Radio Range, St. Johnstons Village, St. Johns City, Villa, Point, Sea View Farm, Piggotts, Cassada Gardens, and Clarehall.

The patrol, held this week focused particularly on the City area, where law enforcement officers engaged with the public, conducting searches for prohibited items.

During these operations, a number of individuals were searched, resulting in the confiscation of several weapons, including knives and scissors.

Police reported that the patrol, which took place, was a crucial part of their strategy to deter violence and increase security in the area.

He further noted the collaboration with S/Sgt. Simmons and other officers during the operation.

The police department encourages community members to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities as part of ongoing efforts to ensure a safe environment for all residents.
