Antigua and Barbuda is making noteworthy progress in enhancing its water infrastructure through a new re-piping project designed to tackle persistent problems within the water supply system.
Led by the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) in partnership with the Public Works Department, this initiative focuses on replacing old cast iron pipes with contemporary polyethylene alternatives.

I hope this process runs smooth for the remaining areas! I’ve seen independence gone through the process of digging fixing and digging again
APUA is truly working hard on this! Passed them several times fixing and you can tell these guys are tired
Thumbs up to APUA and it’s team
let’s look at this from a positive perspective and give them the benifit if the doubt going forward and see what happens
Replacing cast iron with polyethylene is long overdue. Kudos to APUA and Public Works for finally turning talk into trench work.
