St. Mary’s South Summer Camp
St. Mary’s South Summer Camp has officially begun, welcoming children for a season of fun, learning, and spiritual growth.
This year, one key feature is the introduction of a “Christian Group,” which offers daily devotional and fellowship sessions. These sessions focus on reminding campers about the importance of putting God at the center of their lives through songs, storytelling, prayer, and reflection.
The camp aims to develop the children’s minds, hearts, and leadership skills. Activities include sports, arts and crafts, music, teamwork exercises, and community projects, providing a diverse range of experiences for the campers.
Day one saw many happy faces, and organizers expressed gratitude to parents, volunteers, and sponsors who contributed to the camp’s success. The focus moving forward is on the growth and development of each child involved. The camp aims to cultivate a future generation grounded in faith and strong values.

I’m happy to see faith being integrated in youth activities without excluding fun and creativity.
Love this! Our children need more positive influences like this in their lives.
