Island Academy’s Grade 13 Students Host Charitable Car Wash for Sunshine Home for Girls

Island Academy’s Grade 13 students are rolling up their sleeves for a good cause today as they host a charitable car wash, with all proceeds set to benefit the Sunshine Home for Girls.

The car wash is being held at the old cultural building.

This event is not just an opportunity to support a worthy cause, but also a chance for the community to come together and lend a helping hand.

The car wash is open to the general public, inviting local residents to stop by and get their vehicles cleaned while contributing to a meaningful endeavor.

Donations will directly support the Sunshine Home for Girls, an organization dedicated to providing care and support for young girls in need.

“We’re excited to contribute to the Sunshine Home and raise awareness about important issues affecting our community,” said one of the students organizing the event.

If you’re in the area today, swing by and take part in this charitable initiative. Your contribution can make a significant difference in the lives of those who benefit from the Sunshine Home for Girls.
