Johnston’s Village Resident requires surgery to repair finger wounds
A 38-year-old St. Johnston Village resident suffered severed tendons in multiple fingers during a violent altercation at the Holberton Hospital compound Tuesday morning.
The victim had to receive medical treatment at Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre after reportedly sustaining serious lacerations to three fingers on his left hand and one finger on his right hand during the 7:00 am incident.
According to reports, the confrontation involved another individual from Potters Village, resulting in severe injuries that required immediate medical attention. While the wounds are not life-threatening, the patient required surgery to repair the extensive damage.
What is going on in this place, nobody knows how to reason, or walk away. Heaven help us.
