Police Investigate Weekend Burglary at Parham Seventh-Day Adventist Church

Law enforcement officials are investigating a break-in at the Parham Seventh-Day Adventist Church that resulted in the theft of valuable electronic equipment over the weekend.

According to police reports, the incident was discovered earlier this week when a church elder arrived at the building and found two 75-inch flat-screen televisions missing from the sanctuary. The stolen items are estimated to be worth a combined EC $6,000.

Investigators believe the break-in occurred sometime between Friday evening and Monday afternoon. Entry was gained by forcing open a window on the south side of the church, police said.

Officers responding to the scene conducted interviews with several community members in an effort to gather information. However, no significant leads have been reported as yet.

The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda has confirmed that the investigation remains active and is urging members of the public to come forward with any information that may assist in identifying those responsible.

No arrests have been made, and church officials have yet to comment publicly on the incident.
