
Antigua and Barbuda has a talented 14-player roster for the upcoming 5th ECCB International Netball Series, set to take place from August 23-31, 2025 at the Tanteen Netball Court in St. George’s, Grenada.
The national team will be led by captain Tanya Green, with the squad featuring a mix of experienced players and emerging talent under the guidance of head coach Jamila Fitz and assistant coach/manager Sanchez Martin. Justin Joseph will serve as the team’s primary care provider during the tournament.
The Antigua and Barbuda squad includes defenders Rayana Regis, Charmaine Wetherill, Kizzy Hughes, and Erverdine Parker Barnarde. The midcourt will be anchored by KendieshaGreenaway, Jonelly Encarnacion, Christina Lloyd, Xandea Hobson, and Tyea Ladoo. The team’s attacking options feature Viola Francis, Shernice Henry, Anayjah Anthony, and Shi-Anna Payne.
This year’s tournament promises to be highly competitive, with seven ECCB member countries participating: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The field will be further strengthened by three invited teams – Barbados, the Cayman Islands, and Guyana – making for a robust 10-team competition.
The series will run daily at 3 PM throughout the week-long tournament, providing Caribbean netball fans with consistent high-quality action.
