Antigua & Barbuda has marked a historic milestone with the launch of its first aquaculture and fisheries training seminar.

The program, supported by China for Shared Future and the Freshwater Fisheries Research Center, aims to modernize fish farming, strengthen marine development, and introduce smarter management practices.

Agriculture Minister Anthony Smith says the initiative is not just about training but also about building resilience, ensuring food security, and opening new opportunities for local communities.
