A local business owner is warning the community about repeated threatening incidents involving a young man who has been causing distress in the area.

According to the business owner, the latest incident occurred when the man entered her store, pretending to make a purchase. After being handed the goods and told the price, he reportedly walked out without paying. When confronted, he ignored her and behaved in a menacing manner, speaking to himself in what witnesses described as a threatening way.

“This is not the first time this has happened,” the owner said. “On several occasions, this individual has come into my business asking to “trust” goods, begging, or becoming aggressive. He has been seen carrying dangerous weapons such as a knife and a cutlass, and he always refuses to remove his hoodie and mask when asked.”

The business owner, who is often alone, especially during holidays, described the incidents as frightening and emphasized the need for vigilance among local business operators. She also noted that the young man’s father had previously contacted authorities after the individual made threats, including threats of violence. Despite this, the man continues to move freely in the community.

Community members are urged to exercise caution and to report any encounters with the individual to law enforcement immediately. The business owner hopes the young man receives the professional help he needs but stressed the importance of community safety in the meantime.

  7. That dog attacked a human being and caused serious injury. Once a pit bull bites like that, it can’t be trusted again. Sorry, but it has to be put down people’s lives come first.
