17-Year-Old Being Questioned Over High Street Robbery

A 17-year-old male is presently in police custody and being interrogated regarding robbery allegations.

On Monday, September 22, around 7:00 p.m., two victims reported that they were confronted at gunpoint by two perpetrators.

According to reports, the suspects are said to have driven away in the stolen vehicle, heading west along High Street.

A report was filed with the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), and an investigation was initiated into the incident.

 
 

Police report that on Thursday, they apprehended a 17-year-old in the Clare Hall area and took him into custody. He is currently cooperating with the investigation.

The Police Administration encourages anyone with information that could assist in this case to reach out to the CID at 462-3913, or anonymously through the Crimestoppers Hotline at 800-TIPS (8477).
