24 year old arrested for Unlawful Cannabis Possession

Police have arrested and charged three individuals in connection with separate drug-related incidents this week.

In All Saints, 39-year-old Teshawn Lynch was taken into custody after officers executed a search warrant at his residence. During the operation, police reportedly discovered 293.7 grams of crack cocaine. Lynch has since been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to transfer.

Meanwhile, in Nutgrove, 21-year-old Terry Williams and 20-year-old Shanyea Christian were jointly charged with possession of 122 grams of cannabis and possession with intent to sell. Williams faces additional charges after police allegedly found 2.14 pounds of cannabis and a firearm holster in a separate investigation.

The Police Administration reaffirmed its commitment to cracking down on the illegal drug trade, urging members of the public to assist by reporting suspicious activity. Authorities encouraged anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or call Crimestoppers at 800-TIPS.
