The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda has issued a stern reminder to motorists about the persistent problem of illegal parking along Joseph Lane.

Despite repeated warnings and the installation of traffic signs and road markings, authorities say some drivers continue to flout the regulations. The practice, they stressed, not only creates obstructions but also hampers the free flow of traffic along the busy roadway.
In response, police have announced increased traffic checks in the area. Any vehicle found parked in violation will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
“The Police Administration appeals to all road users to comply with traffic regulations and cooperate fully with the authorities,” the statement read.

“These measures are being enforced to ensure safer roadways and smoother traffic movement for everyone.”
The Force expressed appreciation to the public for its ongoing cooperation in promoting safety and order on the nation’s streets.

Them Spanish people damn disgusting right now. Like they own the damn street. Sickening
And they fix the road
Where is Joseph Lane?
So what about New Gates Street right in front of police station? LOL
I always wondered if the people of Santo Domingo and the others owned that street. Good that the police intervened
Crack down Pon Newgate street too and Bishopgate street and Popeshead street too please. Cuz traffic does back up on the streets same way double ridiculous parking Pon Newgate street and the ridiculous parking by Sammy and Pita Pocket.
Again!!!! Maybe signs in both Spanish and English need to be posted on Joseph Lane. The chief culprits are those cucarachas from up North!!!
About time something like this happens!! The traffic could be hilarious after the Spanish take over the whole road
Finally some order………………
There are other streets that need to be handled in the same way. Alot of illegal parking all over
In that lane is a busy business hub. Where do these people park their vehicles? Apart from that even police officers come and park their vans to pick up “clients”
