
The Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment, and Civil Service Affairs has expressed heartfelt condolences following the passing of former employee Adlai Carrott, who was laid to rest today at the Spring Gardens Moravian Church.
In an official statement, the Ministry remembered Mr. Carrott as a committed public servant whose years of work and positive attitude left a lasting impact on his colleagues and the wider health community.
“Mr. Carrott was a valued member of the Ministry of Health, remembered for his dedicated service and warm spirit,” the statement read. “We extend our deepest sympathies to his beloved wife, Mrs. Joan Carrott, former Permanent Secretary, and to the entire Carrott family during this time of mourning.”
The Ministry noted that Mr. Carrott’s legacy of service and kindness continues to inspire those who worked alongside him, describing him as “a professional who carried out his duties with humility, compassion, and integrity.”
