
Telecommunications provider Flow has acknowledged that some of its mobile customers are currently experiencing difficulties making and receiving calls.
In a statement released on Sunday, the company said that its technical teams are actively working to restore services as quickly as possible.
“We are aware that some of our mobile customers may be experiencing difficulties making and receiving calls. Our technical teams are working to restore services as quickly as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding,” the company said.
While the cause of the disruption has not yet been disclosed, Flow has assured customers that it is treating the matter with urgency and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Flow has expressed appreciation for its customers’ patience as technicians work to fully restore normal service.
