APUA Announces Ongoing Pipeline Works Ahead of New 2-Million-Gallon Reverse Osmosis Plant Commissioning

The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) Water Business Unit advises the general public that mainline installation works are ongoing along Barnacle Main Road, Cedar Valley Main Road, and Conference Drive leading into the New Winthorpes area.

To facilitate these works, temporary road closures and traffic disruptions will continue to occur at intervals throughout the project.

We are mindful of the inconvenience this may cause and wish to reassure the public that these activities are essential to the final stages of the soon-to-be-commissioned 2 million imperial gallon Reverse Osmosis Plant.

APUA sincerely thanks all residents and road users for their patience and understanding as we work to enhance the island’s water network.
