A Clare Hall man walked free on bail this week after being charged with stealing various items and committing multiple traffic violations.
Kadeem Morrissey, 28, was granted bail on his own recognizance in the amount of $1,000 with no deposit required when he appeared before Magistrate Andrew Mighty. The prosecution did not object to bail.
Under the terms of his release, Morrissey must keep the peace and be of good behaviour, attend court when required, report to Gray’s Farm Police Station every Monday and Friday between 6 am and 6 pm, and have no contact with the complainants.
The matter has been adjourned to December 17, 2025.
Morrissey is accused of stealing a two-ton jack, car battery, garden tools, tires and rims, license plates, and several pieces of identification and credit cards from a resident of Ovals on Sunday, November 2nd.
He was also charged with driving without the consent of the owner, driving without a valid driver’s license, and driving without insurance.
