Suspect Arrested in Ottos Comprehensive School Break‑In

Police have apprehended a male suspect linked to a reported break-in at Ottos Comprehensive School. Around 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, officers from the Criminal Investigations Department responded to the incident at the school.

Upon arrival, investigators discovered how the intruder entered the building and identified several items, including stationery, that were stolen.

The police searched the area and detained a male suspect from Villa, who was found with a bag containing items believed to be stolen. He was arrested on charges of Building Breaking and Larceny and taken to the St. John’s Police Station. The investigation is still ongoing.

Authorities urge the community to report any suspicious activities to help protect schools and other vulnerable institutions.
