A surge in student conflicts has prompted the Harrison Center to take decisive action, launching a groundbreaking support programme aimed at rescuing troubled youth before their challenges escalate further.

Antigua.news Shermain Bique-Charles sat down with Head of the Council, Wellness, and Chaplaincy at the Harrison Center, Bishop Charleworth Browne.

  7. Bishop Browne is on target with this program. Right at the juncture that that the program kicks in is where it needs to come in as a last bid to save troubled youth. It’s called “policing deviance in youth”.

    The intervention is at the point of informal deviance; if it’s not addressed at that point then it move to formal deviance which is where the cold long Arms of the law Takes over; by then it’s too late.
    Kurdos Bishop Browne, you always seem to be on target.
