Several People Detained in Separate Police Operations for Shooting and Drug Offences

Police have taken multiple individuals into custody following two separate search warrant operations carried out in Ottos and on Wireless Road on Friday, November 14.

According to reports, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Ottos, where they discovered and seized a quantity of cannabis. One man was arrested at the location and transported to police headquarters as part of ongoing investigations.

In a separate operation the same day, officers conducted a search at a property on Wireless Road, where three men were detained on suspicion of being involved in a recent shooting incident. The trio was taken into custody for questioning, and investigations into the matter are continuing.

Police say these operations form part of their continued efforts to tackle criminal activity and maintain public safety across the island.
