Zophar “Tupac” Andrew, who has been battling prostate cancer for over a decade, is appealing to the public for help as he struggles to afford life-saving surgery.

  9. How can a man live here for over 20 years and still have no access to identification or support? Something is seriously wrong. We can’t keep allowing bureaucratic gaps to decide who gets to survive and who doesn’t.
