Junior Emmanuel
Police have arrested and charged Junior Emmanuel of Grays Farm following a larceny reported on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Charles Henry Street.
Emmanuel, who lives on Federation Road in Grays Farm, allegedly stole a fanny pack holding a United Kingdom passport, a Samsung A30 cellphone, and an undisclosed amount of US currency from a visitor.
He is scheduled to appear before the court to answer the charge.

A fanny pack thief in 2025… not even original crimes anymore.
Another day, another larceny. When will we address the root causes instead of just the symptoms?
Give them years in prison for this do you know how they will change a visitor life when you stole their passport. Jobs, children, loose your apartment ect because it will take time to get it back.
