The Ministry of Works wishes to advise the general public that night works shall commence at 7:00 pm tonight in the following area:
• Factory Road (Harney Motors to Sir John E. St. Luce Conference Center)
Please exercise caution, as heavy duty equipment will be in operation.
Road users are asked to adhere to the detours, and follow all instructions provided by employees controlling traffic.
Motorists are also advised to remove their vehicles prior to works.
Appreciate the advance notice—safety and preparation go hand in hand.
I bet working at night on these roads will prove to be faster since there is not so much traffic to contend with not to mention it is cooler temperature wise.
Good that they’re doing repairs at night, since it reduces daytime traffic disruption, but the ministry should keep updating the public if schedules shift.
