Celebrations were in full swing on Sunday afternoon as the Benna Girls hoisted the cup in the Women’s Football Festival in the Turks and Caicos.

Playing in the finals, the Benna Girls trounced the home team, 9-0 to finish undefeated after three matches and as champions.

Nafisha Quashie, Nicelle Drew and Keitonya Skepple all found the back of the net twice for the victors.

Gabrielle DeSuza, Kevoncia James and Zoya Simon also recorded goals.  

The champions also walked away with the Golden Boot award which went to Gabrielle DeSuza having scored a total of 9 goals.

Teammate, Amya Hodge won the Golden Boot award.

The accolades did not end there for Antigua and Barbuda as Kai Jacobs as was named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament.
