Andy Samuel

Police have arrested and charged 32-year-old Andy Samuel of Jennings Village in connection with a robbery reported in Cashew Hill earlier this month.

The incident, which occurred on December 22, 2025, involved the theft of a Toyota Vitz motor car, a Samsung mobile phone, and an Alcatel tablet from a resident of the area.

Following investigative work by the Criminal Investigations Department, Samuel was taken into custody and formally charged. He is expected to appear before the court to answer to the robbery charge.

The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda says this arrest forms part of its continued efforts to suppress criminal activity and maintain public safety, especially during the busy holiday period.

Authorities are urging members of the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity or information that could assist ongoing investigations. Individuals with relevant details are asked to contact the nearest police station or the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
