A male suspect is presently in police custody for questioning related to the ongoing investigation of a shooting that took place in the Grays Farm community last Friday.
On Monday, a specialized team of police officers carried out a focused operation in the Grays Farm area.
During this operation, the authorities discovered a male suspect in an abandoned building, along with two other individuals who are also sought for questioning regarding unrelated offenses.

Investigations into the case are still ongoing.

We can’t say the police are not working. Good job
Grays Farm always in the news for the worse
Guns, drugs, and stolen items all in one place. This is exactly what communities are struggling with
Grays Farm has too many young people getting caught up in crime. Prevention and opportunities are just as important as arrests
Respect to law enforcement for acting on intelligence and making arrests without further violence
Police presence needs to continue, not just one operation and done
Residents have been calling for action for a long time. Let’s hope this investigation is thorough
Hopefully this leads to real answers and justice for whoever was affected by the shooting
