Today, several teams will clash in the finals of the Cool and Smooth Joma Interschool Football competition.

For the first time ever, the finals will be played at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium, the country’s top international field where World Cup Qualifiers have been staged in the past.

With the amount of finals games, the event will be cut into a two-day competition.

The action begins at 4pm with a recent rivalry that will now enter another chapter, the Girls Under-16 finals between defending champions, Princess Margaret School (PMS) and top contenders, the Antigua Girls High School (AGHS).

Two hours later, at 6, defending champions PMS will be in action again this time in the Boys Under-16 finals versus Antigua Grammar School (AGS).

Fast forward to Friday afternoon in the Boys U14 finals with PMS and AGS facing off again. That game will kick off at 3pm.

An hour later, the Girls U-20 rivalry continues with defending champions, PMS battling AGHS.

The feature game of the night will see a new champion crowned in the Boys U-20 finals as defending champions, PMS, lost in the semifinals.

ABCAS and the Harrison Centre will face off in the finals. That game will kick off at 6pm.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children.
