Crabbs Reverse Osmosis Plant
Water service has been restored in several communities following overnight repairs at the Crabbs Reverse Osmosis Facility.
Repair crews worked through the night to address issues at the facility, allowing the system to be brought back online. Water distribution has since resumed, with most areas already receiving supply or expected to be serviced shortly.
Residents are being advised that full restoration may take some time, as the network continues to re-pressurise, particularly in higher-elevation areas.
Authorities have expressed appreciation to customers for their patience and cooperation while the repairs were carried out.

I’m relieved to hear that water service is finally being restored. Credit must be given to the crews who worked through the night to get the Crabbs Reverse Osmosis Facility back online. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed, especially when it directly affects daily living
Water disruptions are extremely stressful for families, especially those with children and elderly relatives. Hopefully the re-pressurising process goes smoothly so everyone can return to normal as soon as possible.
